Cultural Transformation Tools® Foundation Part 1 (Models and Tools) training is an accreditation-based program teaching Richard Barrett’s work on measuring human capital. Part 1 focuses on how to use the Cultural Transformation Tools. This course is conducted over two sessions lasting four hours each. The Cultural Transformation Tools® Part 2 certification is: Building a Vision-Guided, Values-Driven Organization. This course is conducted over three sessions lasting four hours each. This design supports your learning, the integration of the models and tools and a practicum to easily apply what you learn.

Cultural Transformation Tools&#174 (CTT) Practitioner Course
Cultural Transformation Tools® Practitioners Certification combines the two courses Part 1 (Models and Tools) and Part 2 (Building A Vision-Guided Values-Driven Organization) into one live on-line certification (in-person trainings are available upon request). The training is conducted over five sessions lasting four hours each. This is a fast-paced course for those wanting to immerse in the process and be ready to consult and carry out assessment with a level of competence and confidence. This elearning is an experiential certification for consultants, change agents and human resource professionals on how to: understand the 7 levels of consciousness framework, create mastery unitizing the CTT Models and Tools, learn new skills for building positive values driven organizations, develop skill for implementing cultural change and transformation. Participants will receive a complimentary Individual Values Assessment and Small Group Assessment (for up to twenty people) upon course completion to make the move from practice to action with ease and speed.
